Current Collaborators
SOAR is a unique collaboration among Garden Hills Elementary School, various units and departments at the University of Illinois, and community organizations focused on positive youth development. Each organization contributes important information and resources which combine to foster the strongest potential for reaching the goal of helping students succeed in school and beyond. The SOAR program also utilizes enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer tutors from University of Illinois service-learning courses, student organizations, and service fraternities and sororities.
