Biography

Jena joined the College of Education in 2007.  She brings 7 years of campus experience at the University of Illinois.

Jena's responsiblilties include: 

• Process undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral appointments for Education Policy, Organization and Leadaership, Curriculum and Instruction, Bureau of Educational Research, Budget and Resource Planning, International Programs, Online Programs and Dean's Office including I-9 forms, offer letters, Faculty Staff Directory (FSD) changes and separations
• Assist in processing appointments for all other type of employees as neded
• Maintaining electronic personnel files (E-files)
• Process graduate bi-weekly payroll
• Provide assistance in problem solving and support for HR appointment processing issues
