The College of Education supports the effective integration of technology in teaching, learning, and working through numerous facilities available to our faculty, staff, and students.

User Services

User Services is the main point of contact for technical support, trouble tickets, and consulting. Consultants at User Services are available for a wide variety of services, including troubleshooting hardware and software. For more information, please visit the User Services page.

Equipment Checkout

A small library of equipment is maintained that can be checked out on a limited basis by College of Education faculty, staff, and students. This equipment— including laptops, projectors, and digital cameras—has been a critical College resource in undergraduate and graduate instruction, educational research, and administration. Media-Equipped Classrooms

Nearly all classrooms within the College of Education are equipped with computer and media equipment to enhance instruction. A complete list of rooms, equipment, and policies and procedures can be found here.

Videoconferencing Facility

The Office of the Chief Information Officer offers ISDN and IP multipoint videoconferencing services to the College of Education, as well as the entire University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus. For more information, please contact User Services.
